30 Day Blog Challenge: DAY TWELVE - Something you are OCD about

There are a few things I am OCD about.  It's pretty funny because it's so annoying to me I go crazy.

1. When I was in school and the teacher would erase the board, do you remember how sometimes they leave little chalk marks when they don't erase it completely?  That would drive me incredibly nuts.  I actually wouldn't be able to concentrate because the teacher forgot to erase a tiny piece of a word that she wrote.  It actually drove me crazy to the point of having to ask him/her if she could erase it completely.  I'm not kidding!!  It was pretty bad! lol
2.  I have to have things in even amounts.  M&Ms, chicken nuggets, fries, I'M NOT KIDDING!  lol  If I have 3 M&Ms, I will go crazy.  I eat them in twos too so I still have an even amount.

3.  When I'm a passenger in a car, I have to count the number of cars going past me or the number of dotted lines in the middle of the street.  I don't know why, but I have to count them.  I learned to completely distract myself so I don't have to do that anymore and since I'm mostly driving now, I don't do it very frequently anymore.
OCD is very annoying and does disrupt your life or concentration.  As much as people say it isn't a disorder, it really is.  It really cut my concentration when I was in school and annoyed me even when I had to count the cars/lines because I didn't want to do it.  My brain kept tricking me that I had to, though.  It sucks!!  I never was on medication for OCD because my mom never believed that it was actually a disorder that needed to be medicated, but it drove me nuts.

My 2 year old is OCD that she has to wash her hands every 5 minutes.  I'm serious, every 5 minutes like clockwork she's in the bathroom washing her hands again!  My 4 year old has to have things in order.  If she's playing with her figurines they have to be in a straight line.  If you move one of them out of line she freaks out.  If she's drawing, her crayons need to be in a straight line and the paper needs to be in a stack where none are sticking out.  She organizes everything neatly, which drives ME crazy! LOL  I wish that OCD would continue to her cleaning her room when it's a mess, but she doesn't have the patience for that.

30 Day Blog Challenge: DAY TEN - A Photo Taken Over 10 Years Ago Of You

Taken in 1999 at my 8th grade graduation.  Oh yeah, I was a chubby and awkward kid, but I was so happy to graduate 8th grade because I hated school!  Go ahead, make fun of chubby 12 year old Krissy.

I was one? two here?  My mom took these pictures of me to send to my birth mom.  I found out years later that my birth mom did get the pictures but they had a home fire and lost the baby pictures my mom sent them.

I must have been a junior in High School here because I was still thin. LMAO!!  My friend and I were going to a Britney Spears concert here. :)  I haven't spoken to my friend Nicole in years!  Maybe I should look her up on Facebook.

This was taken back when I had my first domain when I was 14. :)  I was so pretty back then, what happened since!! :D

I don't remember how old I was here, but I must have been in elementary school!  Me and my Shih-Tzu, Cupcake.  (I miss that dog!)  I had an NSYNC shirt on here.  I was such a dork.  And you wonder why I got made fun of!

30 Day Blog Challenge: DAY NINE - A Photo You Took

I took this picture when a friend and I decided to take a walk through Central Park.  It was such a beautiful day, warm but not too warm with all the trees and nature.  It was very calm and peaceful despite all of the people.  I just love Central Park because of so many things.  Independent musicians playing their instruments throughout the park, ice cream and hot dog vendors selling their delicious food and the scent of the food while you pass the carts.

There are some photos that I take that I absolutely love and this was one of them.  It just looks so calm and peaceful with the water in the front and the famous Bow Bridge int he distance.  The sun bouncing off the water and shadowing the trees and foreground is just such a good contrast...  I love this photo! It's a great memory of a fun (but tiring!) day!

30 Day Blog Challenge: DAY EIGHT - A picture that makes you angry/sad

This picture makes me both angry and sad for many reasons.  This was my mine and my ex fiance's first Christmas together.  He is also Alayna's dad.  It makes me angry and sad because for too long I dealt with his emotional and verbal abuse.  I dealt with his lies and his bullshit.  I let him make me feel like shit by being walked all over, but yet I loved him.  He was my first real love and someone I loved with all of my heart.  He was the person I was supposed to spend my life with and raise my daughter with.  He ruined all of that when he left me 6 months pregnant for someone else.

My oldest always asks about her dad and all I can do is show her pictures.  The asshole refuses to see her, even though I would open my life to him at this point if he ever did want to see her or be in her life.  I would not protest at all because she deserves to know who her dad is...but it will never happen.  Even though a DNA test proved he was the father, he denies her.  Constantly.  He says he doesn't have a daughter.  He makes my daughter feel like crap without even being in her life because she feels like her daddy doesn't care about her since he doesn't see her.  I wish he could see the pain he is causing her and understand the 2 years of pain he caused me when I had to get over the person I was supposed to spend my entire life with.

Things happen for a reason and I know it is better that we didn't get married, but it's still very upsetting to me to even look at these pictures.  It hurts.

I need to post a lengthy post about her dad and what happened some day.  Just to get it off my chest.

30 Day Blog Challenge: DAY SEVEN - A picture that makes me happy

I have so many pictures that make me happy because they all mean something special to me.  Though, I'll pick a few out of my many stored photos on my computer!  This is such a hard thing for me to do!

This is one of my favorite pictures because this is myself and my best friend.  Lauren (brunette) has been my best friend for 10 years and she means the world to me.  She is more like my sister than a friend and knows me better than I know myself.  This picture shows who we truly are when we're together...we're insane.  :)  We have so much fun and act like little kids even though we're not.  I don't get to see her too often since she lives an hour away, but when we do get together it's like we never left!

This picture is a favorite of mine because it's myself and my siblings in 2004.  I was adopted and finding my siblings was one of the happiest days of my life. (Since I grew up an only child.)  For me, the fact that I even had the chance to find these wonderful people is really a blessing and something that doesn't happen to too many adoptees.  Some search forever.

This was the first "team" my daughter was ever a part of and honestly, it was the first time she was socialized.  Taking my daughter to Little Gym was the best decision I had ever made.  (Even though the first time she went she was kicking and screaming to not be apart from me. )  My daughter now loves gymnastics and wants to continue it for as long as she can.  She is passionate about it and I love that!  This is such a happy picture because it was such an accomplishment for her.

My girls LOVE Imagination Movers and my daughter was so excited when Mover Dave was right next to her.  I snapped this picture because she was so excited that she was so close to someone she idolized. :)  It's a happy picture!

This is a happy picture because Tim Young is a Broadway actor that I think is just quite awesome. (And hot)  I was happy when I was able to get this picture taken!

This was taken a few days after my oldest (Alayna) was born.  She was in the NICU for two months and I was there for her every single day.  It's a happy picture because I loved being a mom. (Not because she was in the NICU lol)

30 Day Blog Challenge: DAY SIX - 20 Of My Favorite Things

You want to know my 20 favorite things?  Well, it's really hard to choose since I love so much! (I'm easy!) Though I can painstakingly pick 20 out of the millions of things going through my mind right now!!

1. My kids -  I am grateful for my kids every day of my life.  Even though I was nowhere near ready for motherhood when my oldest was born, instinct kicked in and it became the most challenging thing I had ever faced.  Now, you may not thing challenging is a good thing, but being a mother kind of challenging is amazing.  Everyday is a new adventure and though I face many obstacles, it's just great how I can overcome them with creative thinking.  The mommy mindset is an amazing thing that you acquire when you become a parent. :)

2. My Macbook - Once you go Mac you never go back. :)  It's true! I remember when I first got my iMac G4 back in 2003.  I was petrified of it.  I didn't know how to use it, I thought it was very different from my PC and therefore I freaked out.  (I'm not good with change!)  It took me all of a day to get used to it and realize how much better than a PC it actually is.  Macs are amazing.

3. My Blackberry Storm - Though I'm not too fond of Verizon, I love my Blackberry Storm.  I have had it since it came out and I just love the ease of use, the suretype keyboard and the whole interface.  I've always loved Blackberry for numerous reasons, but I really think it's a great phone despite it's popular name. :)  I can't wait to upgrade to the BB Storm 2 when my upgrade date comes around!  It's supposed to be even better.  Anyone else a Crackberry Addict?

4.  My iPhone 3Gs - I know, I know, why do I need two phones?  Well, my iPhone I use as a business phone for my jewelry business as well as blogging and my media/PR contacts.  I think the ease of use for business is just spectacular on this phone and I also love all the apps.  Games for the kids? There's an app for that! ;)  I just had to say that.  This phone is great for many uses and cuts down my need to bring my iPod with me everywhere!  I was very iffy about the iPhone when the first one came out, but despite my hesitations I did get the first iPhone and I've been addicted ever since.  One day I'll upgrade to the iPhone 4 too.  :)

5. My car - I am just so grateful for this one.  My car is my new baby.  Since I drove around for so long in a car that needed a lot of TLC that I couldn't give, my new car (that I have had for 3 weeks) is just a blessing.  I'm so glad that I was able to trade my old car in and find a great deal on this new car.  I'm giving this car all the love it can get right now so it will last me longer. :)

6. My friends - (no pic for this one because I don't have a pic of them all!)  I love my friends because they're the people who keep me positive.  They are there for me when things go wrong, they never let me down, they listen to my complaints and always have great advice for me... My friends are so important to me and I don't know how I can thank them.  They deserve so much more than I give them and I love them each so dearly.

7. New York City - This is a very broad thing, but I absolutely adore New York City.  I'm there so often and I'm blessed to live so close that I can get there whenever I need to or want to.  There is so much NYC has to offer like Broadway shows, shopping, all the tourist attractions you'd ever want to see, concerts, great restaurants... I love it because it's so full of life.  When you're in NYC there is no way you can ever feel sad or down.  The upbeat nature of the city will naturally keep you happy and I love that.

8. Juniors Cheesecake/Food - OH YEAH!!  Blueberry is the best you can ever taste.  If you find yourself wherever there is a Juniors (I always go to the one on 44th and b'way...in Shubert Alley) definitely get a piece of their Blueberry Cheesecake!  If you're going there for food besides cheesecake, get a cobb salad with bleu cheese dressing OR a yummy bacon cheeseburger no onions with fries and onion rings.  THE BEST!!

9. My room - Come on, who doesn't love their own room?  To me, my room is an escape from everything crazy.  While most people think the colors are loud, I find them calming and relaxing.  I have everything I need in here and could probably stay here for months at a time if I had to! LOL  My bed is so comfy having a pillow top and my favorite (expensive) foam pillows. (Yeah, $40 per pillow.  Don't hate!! I have bad allergies/athsma and these are hypoallergenic.)  I love this place!

10. MAKEUP!  Yeah, I love makeup and I'm not afraid to say it.  I have a large collection of makeup (even more than shown in this picture) and I do use it frequently!  When I'm bored and have nothing to do, I do experiment with makeup.  If I had the patience, I'd become a makeup artist, but I don't. Ha!  Makeup stores draw me in like a magnet... I can spend hours in those places.

11. Pizza Hut Stuffed Crust Pizza - Oh yes, I have to be specific.  I LOVE STUFFED CRUST PIZZA!  I don't know what it is about pizza hut, but it's just amazing.  It's an occasional treat since I'm on a diet, but oh how i crave it often!

12. Target - Seriously one of my favorite places to shop because of their prices and sales.  It's like a freaking one stop shop for everything that you need!  Target is so great. :) (Oh, and ours has a Starbucks AND Pizza Hut inside of it!)

13. Starbucks - Who doesn't love the taste of Starbucks coffee?  People say it's too expensive, but I would pay the money for a good cup of fresh Starbucks coffee or one of their iced drinks on a warm summer day!  I really love the taste.  Some can't tell a difference, but most can.  Starbucks is crisp, clean, very flavorful and doesn't leave a bitter aftertaste.  I love Starbucks!

14. Shopping - I'm such a girl.  I love shopping and can stay at the mall all day if I had the time to and had nothing to do.  Just aimlessly walking around window shopping or going on a shopping spree, it's all the same to me.  Of course, I try to avoid malls because I am seriously a shopping addict.  Once I get started, sometimes there is no stopping me until I feel that financial guilt... It's bad!! But I love it.

15. Music -  I seriously couldn't live without music.  Honestly, I need music on to clean, to think, to write, and even used to need music to do my homework.  To me, it's calming and fights the anxiety I get when I do certain things.  I love music.

16. Coach - Yes, I am a Coach addict.  Though rightfully so!  The purses I have purchased from Coach stand up tot he test of time.  I have had one for almost 5 years now and that purse is as strong as the day I got it while others have broken down within a year.  Even though Coach is pricey, the quality is worth it.

17. Anything that is pink!  Again, I'm such a girl.  The color pink makes me smile and happy.  It is my favorite color everrrr!!  Actually, when I was in college I did dye my hair pink.  As much as I never want to tell anyone that because it is embarrassing.  Though -- I was in art school so colored hair was absolutely no problem amongst everyone there!

18. Victoria Secret - Love their bras, panties, perfume and lotions.  They actually are great!  Expensive, but definitely worth the price.  Their products actually last while Target and Walmart bras I have had broke fairly quickly.  Love this store!

19. Sunglasses -  I don't know why, but I am obsessed with sunglasses!  I must have more than 35 pairs that I actually use.  They're all different kinds.  Some are brand name like Coach and Juicy and some are just cheap dollar store sunglasses that I thought looked cool.  I kind of feel like I have a different pair to coordinate with every outfit.

20. Blogging -  Finally, blogging makes me happy.  Why?  It's an outlet for me to say what I want to say and be very honest.  It's a place for me to brag about my kids to people who actually care, to share new products, share my thoughts and so much more  I have met some great people through blogging and wouldn't change that for the world.  It's one of my most favorite past times.

30 Day Blog Challenge: DAY FIVE - Favorite Quote

Believe it or not, I am completely serious, in High School I had a notebook full of quotes that inspired me.  High School was a very tough time for me, and whenever I felt down or felt like I couldn't go on with the humiliation and bullying, I would open up my book of quotes and go on to read some of them.  I can't take all the credit for the idea, another girl in my class started me on the idea.  It was a great idea, though because I loved to open that notebook and read inspiring and empowering quotes.  Unfortunately, I lost that notebook by now, but I would love to find it some day and read them through again.  I do have a few favorite quotes that I will list here with the reasons why I love them!

"If your kids hate you, you're doing something right..."

I say this so often here and that's because I completely feel it's true.  I hated my mom when I was a kid/teenager because she was overprotective of me and because she said no to things that would spoil me or otherwise hurt me.  Of course, at that time I never realized that everything she did was to protect me and just thought she was trying to be mean to me.  My kids are the same way.  If they want to do something or go somewhere and I say no, they hate me.  They despise me.  They say the same things to me that I said to my mom, but I don't take them to heart.  I know they're in the same position I was where I wanted to get my way so I used to say things to my mom to try to get my way.  My girls just don't realize that I'm just trying to protect them and I feel that because of that, I'm doing something right.  They'll realize someday, when they have kids, the reasons I said no weren't because I wanted to be mean or make their lives miserable, I was just trying to do my motherly duty to protect them.

"The surest way not to fail is to determine to succeed."

...And it's so true.  If you set your mind for success every single time, you will succeed -- or at least you will feel good knowing you tried your hardest to succeed.  Imo, if you don't have the mindset to succeed, you probably won't.  If you think you're going to fail and you have that doubt in your mind, you probably will.  Think positively and things will probably go your way!

"Insist on yourself. Never imitate."

More or less meaning be yourself.  It's very important to stay true to who you are and not change for anyone.  Don't try to be someone you're not because if you don't like yourself, others will know that and feel the same way.  If you carry yourself with confidence, others will see that and like you for who you are.  This is a very important thing that I learned the hard way early on.

"You must look into other people as well as at them."

Some people aren't always what they seem and occasionally you have to look beyond their front and facade to who they truly are.  If they're putting on a mask, it should be easy to see if you try!  Also another variation of, "Don't judge a book by it's cover." :)

"The mind that is anxious about future events is miserable."
If you always dwell on what will happen in the future, you can't enjoy today.  You have to live for the moment and not worry about what can possibly happen.  You'll cross that bridge when you come to it!  Of course, I don't practice what I preach and I'm always worrying about the future. That's how I know it makes you miserable most of the time!  I talk from experience!

30 Day Blog Challenge: DAY FOUR - Your Favorite Book

My mom used to tell me that I would rather choose reading a book over watching TV, and that was very true. I started reading at a young age and just never stopped. The library was always my friend because it had so much available to me right in front of me! I would stay in the library for hours with my mom and when I had free time at school that's where I would hang out. Call me a geek, but it was my favorite place to be. I was an only child growing up, so my imagination kept me company. (Well, other than my friends!)

I kept up my large amounts of reading into High School and College. Now, I have read some amazing books, but just a few stick out in my mind. To me, a good book is when I can't put it down and can possibly read the entire book in one day. (It has happened before!) Books open up new worlds and can be more amusing (and more educational) than watching TV. It definitely is a higher preference, in my mind!

While most people love those Twilight books and Harry Potter books, I'm more into young adult drama. I love to read about real life things that affect teens and young adults these days. Even though they're fiction, you can learn lessons from them. That's why a lot of my reading preferences include this genre. (Lurlene McDaniel was ALWAYS an amazing author of types of books like this.)

A book I read in college, and finished within a day and a half, was The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold. I had been hearing so much about this book and just had to check it out for myself. Wow, am I glad I did. This book is definitely, hands down, my most favorite book I have ever read.

The book, told through 14 year old Susie Salmon's narration, really tells the story of how a tragedy can tear a family apart in so many ways but yet bring them closer together at the same time. The book is extremely well written and the story is unique and definitely gripping. You really can't put the book down once you start it! It's both tragic and hopeful at the same time. It actually brought me to tears because of the way Alice Sebold writes. If you have a chance to read this book, definitely do!! IMO, the book is MUCH better than the movie, so if you have a choice between two, read the book first!

30 Day Blog Challenge: DAY TWO/THREE - Favorite Movies & TV Show

I'm slackin already! LOL  Yesterday was busy for me, so I didn't get to post.  Actually, I had it written out and saved, but Blogger decided to delete the entire post.  I need to make the switch to wordpress, but I'm PETRIFIED of losing everything.  I probably need to get over that fear! lol

30 Day Blog Journal Day 2
Your Favorite Movies
Favorites ALWAYS get me because I don't really have just one favorite.  I have a few favorite movies, songs, tv shows and so on.  I'm just going to list everything I love! :)  (Well, not everything, but close to it!)
I don't really have time to watch movies honestly.  If I do, it's usually Lifetime movies or whatever shows on HBO, Showtime, etc...  Having two kids really makes watching movies hard. (Except if they're Disney movies! LOL)  But I do have favorite movies none the less!!  Here they are! (In no particular order.)
Finding Nemo

I used to be OBSESSED with this movie and I'm not quite sure why.  Actually, my nick name used to be Dory.  Yes, because I was just as clueless and forgetful as Dory is! (Sometimes!)  It's really a great movie, though.  My dorm room was decked out in Finding Nemo.  I have to post a picture someday!
On The Line

I think every N Sync fan loved this movie.  I remember driving with my mom an hour out of my way to even be able to see it in theaters. lol  Reviews sucked on it, but I thought it was a really cute movie.  I still watch it every so often!
Never Been Kissed

My mom, grandma and I used to watch this movie when it was ALWAYS on cable when I was in HS.  I don't know why I love this movie either, but I just do!!  (I think the teacher is hot, btw.  LOL)
Big Daddy

Adam Sandler + Movie = SOMETHING I LOVE!!  I think Adam Sandler is freaking GENIUS and I love his movies.  This is one of my favorites, though.
Tommy Boy

Who doesn't love Tommy Boy?  Fat man in a little coat! LOL  This movie is just one of the funniest movies I have ever seen in my life.  Chris Farley was just amazing.
A Walk To Remember

What female wasn't brought to tears by this movie?  I still am.  Everytime I watch it, I cry.  It never fails.  I think Shane West is gorgeous and Mandy Moore wasn't too bad in this movie.  I think the whole point of the movie was awesome.  People compare it to "Love Story", but I never liked that movie. A Walk To Remember is so good!
30 Day Blog Journal Day 3
Your Favorite TV Shows

I don't have too much time to watch TV either, but there are some shows I try to watch no matter what.  These are the shows that I just can't miss! (And if I do, I find them online to watch them the next day!!)
Medium

I love this show.  I was always into those mysteries and forensic shows.  Even though Medium really isn't a forensic show, it is a great mystery show and keeps me guessing until I find out the real details.  This show is just really a great show and the actors are very talented and mesh together very well!  It's on CBS and Lifetime, if anyone is interested in watching it!

Castle

Castle is hot. Hands down.  :D  I don't know why, but I love this show too.  Police dramas always interest me.  I always wanted to be someone who solved mysteries like that professionally or a forensic investigator, but it's too complicated to become one!

American Idol

Another great show!  Although it's becoming very superficial and more of a popularity contest rather than a talent show, I love American Idol.  I love the auditions the most, honestly.  They keep me laughing for HOURS!  I wish I had the talent to be on this.

Bachelor/ette

Who doesn't love to watch this??  The bachelor & bachelorette are so amusing.  I love to watch the drama and the tears.  It sounds mean of me, but it's the way relationships go! (Even though you don't really fall in love within 2 months! normally...)  I love to see the creepy guys/girls,the jerks, the cheaters and the people the show throws in there to stir up drama.

Super Nanny
Sometimes I feel like writing to Supernanny to help us out! LOL  This show really gives me a lesson in the real ways to handle situations.  Some of the parents on this show, as well, are just crazy and some shouldn't even be parents!  It's amusing and informative at the same time.

Wife Swap

Pure entertainment!  Some of these families that are on this show are just so unreal!  I can't believe the people who are out there!!  None the less, it's amusing to watch two complete polar opposites swapping lives and learning each other's ways.  I would totally be on this show someday!

30 Day Blog Challenge: DAY ONE - Your Favorite Song

I saw a post about the 30 Day Blog Journal tonight and I decided to research it because it looked very interesting.  I decided to do it even though I'm delayed on it all. :)  It just sounds like such a great way for my followers/readers to get to know me over the 30 days and it gives me a reason to blog every single day!  I think it's very important to know the person behind the blog because then a blog is more than just words on a page.  :)

30 Day Blog Journal Day 1
Your Favorite Song

Honestly, this is probably a very hard question for me to answer.  Why?  Well, I don't have just one favorite song, I have quite a few.  They all mean different things to me for different reasons.  These are in no particular order.  Just the order that I remembered them in. :)

Bryan Adams - Heaven (I can't find a YouTube of this that allows embedding.)

I loved this song for a long time before it became memorable to me, but the situation and story behind it is why it's important to me today.  Even though it has both a good and a bad memory attached to it, it's still something that is memorable.

My ex fiancee and I used to go to karaoke every other day with my brother. (Who is DJ)  I wouldn't sing, of course, but my ex fiance would sing a lot because it was something he always did when he was there.  The one song he would sing to me every single time we went there would be "Heaven" by Bryan Adams.  It became a very important song to me because of the emotion and importance at that point in my life.  Even though the story behind my ex and our relationship is still heartbreaking to me, and even though I couldn't listen to this song for about two years after our break up, the song is very important to me and still one of my favorites.  Because of what I've been through with that relationship, it just stands for my strength to get over my ex and be a stronger person on my own.  It may sound stupid, but the first time I was able to listen to it in it's entirety after our breakup (that 2 years later) it made me feel proud that I was finally able to move on.

CIay Aiken - Proud of Your Boy

I don't know why I like this song so much, but I just do!  I think that every child, in a way, struggles to make their parents proud of them.  Hell, I still strive to be someone my mom will be proud of and every day I still feel like I fail at that.  This song was one that was supposed to be in Aladdin II, but was cut out for some reason.  I just like the song! (And the singer!)

Hanson - I Will Come To You

Since 1998 this song has been one of my favorite songs and even to this day, the song makes me cry.  I don't know why it's so special to me, but the song is amazing.  Just listen to it.  The lyrics are so moving.  "When you have no light to guide you, and no one to walk beside you, I will come to you.  When the night is dark and stormy, you won't have to reach out for me, I will come to you."  If you haven't heard the song, listen to it above right now.  You won't regret listening to it. :)

CIay Aiken - This Is The Night

Ever since I heard this song for the first time on American Idol, I knew this song was going to be my wedding song.  It's just one of the best songs of all time, in my mind.  I'm sure everyone has heard this song before since it was CIay's first big song besides "Invisible" and I think most people know how great the song is.

*N Sync - This I Promise You

This is another song that I just love because I do.  I'm sure everyone (or almost everyone) has loved *N Sync at one point in their lives and this song was just one of the best that they had.

I know I'm a dork and I know I like the geekiest music, but that's just me and that's just who I am.  I enjoy Hanson, CIay Aiken, *N Sync and all of those pop groups.  I'm proud to say that I'm a huge fan of pop music. (Even though I do like other genres as well.)  Music is something that I definitely cannot live without in my life.  It's very important to me as I am sure it is to others as well.
